Osteopathy for Teenagers

As young people grow up the body frame undergoes a number of changes. Osteopaths can help the body framework adjust to the postural demand made on it.

Some problems like exaggerated spinal curve or certain mechanical changes occuring in conditions like osteochondritis, even if minor, can create problems later in life if undiagnosed.

Osteopathy can help young people growing up in optimal conditions to become and stay fit and healthy.

Teenagers often take part in many sporting and recreational activities which carry the risk of sprains and strains. Osteopathy can help their body recover from these sprains and strains in an optimal way and therefore prevent them from complications they might induce later in life (eg. back problems due to ankles or knees injuries during teenage etc.....)
